I have a user who is getting the following error at a Mac client " Insufficient TCPIP sockets are available. Consult your vendor's TCPIP documentation to increase the maximum number of sockets. "

any ideas???

I have know this on a Unix system, where basically, when a pc crashes, it keeps the network socket 'open' and unusable. The idea is to go onto the system and reset the socket/port. Not really my area, have you tried the TCP/IP Forum? Lamaar75@hotmail.com
