Hi, I have a Nortel Norstar System with a FastRAD but I don't know how to access the darn thing. I pluged it into the serial port on my computer and it seems to be plumping out some kid of data, I don't know what the correct baud rate is. I also have seen mention of Norstar Remote Utilities. Is this would I use to access the RAD and is this the only software I can use? Also where can I get this from? Thanks.

Dave

The Fast Rad is supposed to be installed on a station port from your phone system. You need Norstar Remote Utilities software loaded onto your lap top or PC in order to 'call' into the system and access the FastRad.

Advertising any particular distributor on this forum is pretty much discouraged but if you need a referral then please email me and I will let you know where you can purchase it and I will fax you the FastRad installation information.
