Help with no Signal from PC for Display

My PC just froze strangly. After rebooting, the Display gives a message that no signal received. The drives seem to be spinning but the mouse does not work. The PC had been fine for the last 2 years. All connections look good inside and outside the PC.

Video Card or Motherboard?

If I have to replace the MB with a new one (old one no longer manufactured), How can I save the data that is alread on the 2 HDDs that I have installed in the PC? Thanks in advance for your help.

Check and make sure the video card is seated in the slot. I had a motherboard that was very picky about this.
