I am installing new PRI on existing SRG, the SRG used to use the CS1000 lines for inbound and outbound. Now they want to use the local PRI for inbound and outbound. When an inbound Target lines comes in it will ring a station then FWD to mailbox on the CS1000. The question is how do I program the SRG for the new PRI to route inbound and outbound calls. Thanks in advance.

Assign pri to a bloc/pool. Assign bloc/pool access to sets. Program public digits for each target line. Assign target line to sets.

Its pretty much the same thing if you had local copper trunks, as above post suggest you assignt the taget lines and such and you should notice the "call forward all" should be billed in with the redirect DN if I remember correctly (its been a long time). Then for outbound dialing you would have the cs 1000 redirect the outbound calls in NARS/BARS LD 90 redirect the call over the VOIP trunks based on the site ID back to the SRG and build a destniation code in the BCM to match the site ID then build a route to use the local PRI and give it access to remote access package of the VOIP trunk route. Strip off the site ID digits and away the call goes...pretty much off memory it works like this. Use BCM Monitor it will help alot as you can see if the calls are being redirected correctly.
