Hello to all the friends:

I would gladly appreciate anyone could give me a hand with some Director details.
1.- In some multimedia projects i´ve seen the user has good interactivity with the program, for instance the user can navigate to the previous frame he was (he can go back to the plces he´s been, the project has "memory", like a browser, of the frames visited, and so, when he pushes the "back" gutton, it does take him to the inmediately visited frame, and so on, and not like navigating back from frame "#13" to "#12").
I Hope i made myself a little clear. What i´ve been able to do so far is to make navigation unlike a browser. Whe I press the back button i´m not taken to all the previous visited frames but to the frame immediately before in the score.
2. Is it possible for an image to be pasted into text and then when the two are taken to the stage, make both of them able to scroll (I know how to do it only with the text, the scrolling, I mean.

Thanks a lot for your kindest attention.

get out of using go to frame #x as soon as possible. It is very likely to cause you more bugs that you can imagine, use frame labels instead, that way if you need to add a frame somewhere you don't have to recode everything after that frame.

Just answered this exact same question for someone else, think its time for a faq..but ill cover it again.

Use a list to record the actions of the user, when they hit next or any nav button record where they currently are before going to the next item. When they hit back button send them to the last item on the list and then delete that item from the list.

Look at the thread called trails for a very breif code example.
