First of all, im new with MXONE, i used to work with Asterisk

Well, i need help with external calls, im using SUSE LINUX distribuction with some CLI
but i have no idea how to set transfer external calls only

i tried to use call_list -i -d (ramal number) --list 1 --position 1 --dest-number (ramal destiny)
But this command set internal/external transfer calls

And i need just transfer external calls, for example
When someone outside tried to call to 3232-2000, this call goes to 3232-1997

I appreciate for the help

Hi,
First, take a look at "--origin" parameter at this command line. maybe "001" could solve this problem.
In case you got this range of numbers from your service operator provider, you can put only the four last digits (extension number) in --dest-number parameter. Case not, you can put the full number with the access code.

Hi, you can use number_conversion command to strip 2000 and pre with 1997, the call will go to 32321997 without touching your profile settings, internal calls route to 2000 as now,

Best parnum
