HELP!!!! with movie size

What size should my movie have and what should be the settings from the publish settings if i want my movie to look like:

(the menu bar to fit the screen)
...this site should be viewed with Internet Explorer.

You can use the publish size as relative and 100%. This will resixe the Flash movie with the page but can have some negative effects. Flash MX lets you define the size of the movie by finding out the browser's window size and the scaling or centering for the window. THis is done with the ActionScript and is similar to Javascripting for the window.
