Help with monitoring line usage

Morning,

Firstly, using IP Office 3.2(68)

We're having some issues with using all our available lines on one circuit and people cannot dial out when this happens. I'm trying to monitor this to verify that the issue with dialing out is due to no lines and also I want to try and work out what calls are in progress.

I'm doing this via Call Status and then counting the active calls. My question is can I configure anything to alert when we reach 30 lines on the circuit, and can I report on it anyhow? I can't keep watching and counting all day :- )

Any help appreciated!

 
Upgrade to 4.2 - the SSA application does this fairly well. No real reports, but you can view utilization since last reboot.
