HELP with MOH on cisco router

My customer wants to change the MOH file on the router.

Is there a way to change this file on the flash memory of the router thru a telnet session?

Sure just TFTP the new MOH file to the flash and change the MOH statement under Telephony-service to reflect the new file. Can all be done through telnet if you have the file and a TFTP server on your PC.

yes I have the file on the pc, but i do not know if i have a tftp server on the pc

Where would I go to find out if I have it, and how do i get it to download it.

Also, I trieds to tftp the file to the flash, and it had an error accessing the file?

Check the Inet for a free TFTP server they are all over. Once you set it up on your PC then the router will be able to access the file.
