Help with Modem Connection

hi,
i need a program which makes a connection from my pc to a remote pc via modem (i must download some files to process).
what kind of instructions do i have to use.
just a general advertise then i'll find it better in msdn.
please help because i have no idea!

Can't you use DialUp Networking from MyComputer, and use the connection wizard to create the Connetion for you.
