help with micros res 3700

hi, i purchased from an auction a micros system from a restaurant that went bankrupt. he sold me the server and the pos computers. he supossedly gave me the password for the server pos configurator but i think he tricked me. anyway i cant get to erase the company he used in the software nor i cant get to do it and start fresh with mine.

any thoughts on how can i erase his company and get myself a new database ?????? tried a couple of things around here like getting to the users database but those didnt have a password field. some others talk about GETDBA, but i only need to erase everything and star fresh with this micros res system...
