Help with Matching Palette Color

OK, I'm working on a logo and I want it to be a certain color. In Front Page, I've found the Blue I want. It's as follow when I look at it under Custom:

R = 0
G = 0
B = 255

Hue = 160
Sat = 240
Lum = 120

I cannot seem to match this in CorelDraw. I've found the HLS Palette, but cannot get the Sat and Lum values to go above 100. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated in my quest to match this color.

BY the way, I'm using CorelDraw 10 here. Fixed my own problem though...I went to

TOOLS

COLOR MANAGEMENT

and optomized for WEB and the color I wanted appeared on my new palette.
