Help with Mail Components

Does anyone know of a ASP COM object that I can use to mail a weekly newsletter to subscribers. The object has to handle HTML and text mails, as well as verifying the E-mail address so it can be flagged in the database if not valid, it would be useful if it could queue mails as well ... I have found a few but none that match the exact requirements, wondered if anyone has had a similar problem ?
