It's a bit difficult to understand what you are asking.
The 2 screenshots show a HTTP GET request that is wholly contained within the server. There is not enough information to discern whether that HTTP GET is normal and correct or if it is malign. The GET request looks as if it is probably a REST API call, but that's only working from the Useragent name and content header.
