Help with loop thru a form to apply timer function to multiple fields

Here's my problem area. I got the text boxes on the form set up to project dates. In the first row of dates, when the required date = current date, It flashes off and on and the third date becomes visable.I'd like for this to happen for the next 2 rows of data (loop thru). I have a sample database located here so that you can see what I have set up:
