Help with IS/Content engine error

Has anyone ever see this before? I have not been able to get much info from MS KB, etc. My log is getting flooded with these since this am.

This can be caused by anti-virus. As a test, try disabling your anti-virus and reboot the server. If this is determined to be the cause, contact your AV vendor as they will likely have a patch or update.
