We have a Definity G3r in Atlanta tied to an IPoffice 406 in Indiana. They are connected via a PtP H.323 trunks. I can call the IPO no problem over the trunks but when I have an end user from the distant end (IPO side) dial they are getting a recording (intercept one from my switch) which means they are pushing me a bad digit string.
Can anyone advise me on what the short code should look like from the IPO side. I want them to dial reguarly the full number not a 4 digit extension....but only push out the 4 digit extension to the definity.
i.e. IPO dials 9,1678579xxxx that hits the IP tie trunk which sends out only the xxxx to my definity.
