Last night our servers were changed out and this morning one of our dept.s weren't able to work, so i reset the signaling server and everything came back except that you can call someone elses phone but when you answer you can't hear a thing. We only have about 30 ip useres.

there is an IP wrong somewhere set IP, or S 1 or default gateway. Dgateway is most common on one way path.

If it isn't a wrong IP somewhere then can you provide some more specific detail? What server(s) were changed out? Are you calling IP phone to IP phone? Maybe it is an issue with NRS on the Sig Server?

On another post someone fixed this 'you can call someone elses phone but when you answer you can't hear a thing' by changing an ACL - do you have any access control lists setup on your network? Not that they would have changed when you switched out servers.
