Help with Intuity Audix Message Networking

Having trouble getting two locations to talk & not sure where the problem is. Both systems are lan accessable and have tcp/ip ports liscensed and configured. Both systems fail remote test as well as local networking loop test.

Any documentation/reference out there other than Avaya's?
