Help with inskin voicemail

Customer is using auto attendant to pick up after 4 rings.
When dialing an extension thru the auto attendant the voicemail for that extension does not pick up. Any Suggestion?

Extension needs to be call forwarded busy/no answer to voicemail (usually 440). It's in administrative programming, I think in flash 50 page B (or C). Good luck

Go to the extension in question and hit the forward button and dial (6409440) if your voicemail is set up as group 440. Choices are 440-448. Good Luck...

How can you change the number of rings on a per-extension basis? I have some floor phones I want to ring longer than desk phones.

is the setting for the No Answer Timer


just change it from the default 10 seconds to the time you want then test it it is now always accurate. I usually set it for 18 seconds
