Anybody know how to configure Seagate Info 7 to e-mail via NotesMail? I found the dialog box for the config, and the name and password fields are self explanatory. But what is the Post Office Path? I pathed it to a local instal of Lotus Notes R5 but it failed saying that it was unable to find VIM.DLL. I would be grateful for any help on this matter, I am short on time and I just don't know enough about Notes to figure this out on my own. Thanks in advance.

Actually I found it on the seagate knowledge base. Lotus Notes does not use the P.O. Path so you must leave it blank. A lotus notes client must be installed on the same machine with the id file for the account you wish to use for the seagate info's e-mail function. Enter the account name and password in the notesmail configuration and you are good to go. There is an issue with the R5 win.ini in which a fresh install does not have the following lines in the win.ini:

[Mail]
SMI=1
[LotusMail]
Application=Notes
Program=e:\notes\Notes.exe NoDialogs

This is not a problem if the R5 client was upgraded from R4 as these lines will already be in the .ini file.

Hope this helps.
