Help with Importing contacts with a script

Greetings,

I would like to import my exported Address book (csv) with a script instead of manually by going "file/import....)

Is there such script?

The reason I am asking is that I will be distributing the script to many users so they can do it themselves. This company has no Exchange or Email Server.

If there is another way to get them see some kind of Gal that would be better.
