Help with IE ActiveX Controls...

Is there a way for my ActiveX Controls to get deleted?

I cannot sign onto sites, messenger, and even Windows Update. I think that I might have deleted my ActiveX Controls, and have no clue on how to get them back. I've tried everything. If all else fails, I'll have to reinstall Windows, which I don't want to do.

I'm pretty much a newbie, and only 16...
