Help with HP7960 Photosmart Printer

Hi All

I am certainly not a technical user, but would appreciate a little help if possible! My new HP 7960 upon boot up of computer begins spewing paper out of tray faster than you can catch it and also a couple ft onto floor. Printed at the top of each sheet is USBC RUT.Printer was originally running thru a Hub, so I bypassed Hub directly into computer, and still the same problem! I have read manual from front to back,and find nothing related to this problem!

Any Help would greatly appreciated!

Try with using a grounded power source.
