Currently I have 4 W2K3 Terminal Servers and 1 W2K8 Terminal Server (testing, then upgrading TS Farm) I have the Terminal Servers locked down via a GPO set on an OU that terminal server users are in. Since there are new features in TS2008 (TSEasy Print) I figured I should move the TS2008 server to it's own OU and apply a new GPO there. I have settings in both Computer Configuration as well as User Configuration. Under Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates: Policy Definitions (ADMX Files) retrived from the local machine/System/Group Policy. I have enabled (Replace) User Group Policy loopback processing mode, which from what I understand should apply the User Configurations as well as the Computer Configurations of the GPO to the servers in the OU (TS2008) The users that connect are not a part of this domain, we host an app for may users from all over.
Now, I have set in both Computer Config and User Config to Enable Use Terminal Services Easy Print Driver First and Redirect only the clients default printer. When I log on as a user, all of my printers are available. I know this policy works properly when linked to a "user" ou. Are there some settings I may be missing?
