? help with fresh win xp reload on a dell sata hard drive

please i neeed some help
I just wiped aout my sata hard drive in my DELL system, however when i try to reload the OS win xp,the computer does not recongnise the sata hard drive,i need to download the driver suport raid for (barracuda 7200.7 80 Gbytes model st380013as)plase if i can get some help i woud be very apreciated.
