Help with Freeserve

Help!!

Can anyone help with freeserve.
I have rebuilt my computer
Operating System is 'Windows ME'
I have re-loaded all my programmes okay
and loaded my internet provider freeserve.
when pressing the icon it launches
connects
verifies password okay
then a blank screen.
I can not connect to any web address.
Has anyone any idea how to get round this problem

It sounds like all of the dialup networks drives are not loaded. Remove your IP software and reload.
Does it make a dialer for you most of them do? Look in your dialup network and make sure you have all of the required items there. Also you will need to redo the telephon.ini file.
