Help with Formula 1

I am trying to code in access a formula that will allow me to interegate a text string.

In my cell I have a telephone number contain random numbers, usually beginning 044.

I want to highlight/show all numbers which either dont begin 044 or do not have exactly 14 digits.

Can you help?

Create a query which includes the phone number field.
In the criteria cell enter Notlike 044*

Now add another column to the query:
MyLen:len(Phoneno)
In the second criteria row (Or) for this new column enter Not 14

(Obviously use the name of your own phoneno field)
