Help with formula needed -

I have voucher numbers and dollar amounts that are duplicating - in some instances, not all.
How do I write a formula that would say:
look at the voucher number and the dollar amount, if they are repeated, then delete/omit from grand totals for each field (Voucher, Dollar Amount).

Create a group for voucher# and a second group for dollar amount.
Create a running total for dollar amount. In the "Evaluate" section, select "on change of group" and select the "dollar amount" group from the drop down list.
In the "reset" section select never.
