Help with form reading code.........................

Hi all,
Would anybody be interested in having a look at my form and its VBA code because I can't for the life of me figure out why its doing what its doing.
It seems to me that the form reads the VBA code and decides itself what lines of it it will follow at the time. I'm only a novice at VBA and Access so I think it's just lack of experience is why I can't see whats wrong.
I would appreciate anybody who could help me.
