Hi,
I'm having all kinds of trouble trying to get my application to display data on a "grid" type form. It is a 25 x 25 grid (625 points) using option buttons that are on or off. My problem was the crosstab query limit of around 225 fields or so, got around that by using 3 queries to make three new tables with the data I needed. Now when trying to place on form, I am running into limitations from the form wizard where form can't be made. Is they any way to reference an option button on a form to another table that is not associated with that form? I've tried to reference with expression builder to no avail. I can't understand these limitations in a program like Access.
How many columns or fields can I have? How many fields can be put on a form? How many fields if you use subforms? I theoritically need 625 fields if I have to use one record source. I have my data coming into 3 tables now, but can't seem to get this information on one form, even using subforms...what I am I doing wrong? Or can this even be done? I'm about to give up an look at another program to do this. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Thanks Mazeworx, but that's not what I'm talking about. I need a way to show a field on a form more than once. I would like to have a blank form with say "fieldx" data from row 1 listed, than beside it have data from row 2, then row 3, or maybe row 4...but still all from the same "fieldx"
I may have to post this in the vb forum for some coding help. Any ideas how to put more than one record at a time on a form in a random pattern by referencing it's location in the table?
Again thanks for your reply
