Help with fla.

I have just bought Flash MX 2004 and so I am unfamiliar with differences from my previous version, but I have a site (my cv) which I need to alter in how it is scripted. I have a main movie into which each part of my cv (ie. education, experience, etc.) is loaded into an empty mc. However, as you will see from this one example, I think there must be a way that the information in my cv is easier to enter (ie, I don't have to format the font, spacing etc.) and have an external file that loads this information automatically into the .fla instead of doing the motion tween which basically has to be redone every time I update my cv.

Is it possible to change this?. Here is one .fla at
