Help with filter, please

Hi
I have PP 1,5 and I have a problem that I hope someone can help me with. In Adobe\Premiere Pro 1.5\Plug-ins\en_US\PSFilters I have a numer of files that I know is PaintShop filter but I have read that I can use these in PP. The problem is that I dont see any of them in any folder under effect when I´m workin with my projekt. What do I do to import/use them??

Can anyone please help me.
