Help with Exporting/Emailing 1

Every week, I create a report in Access and Email the report to all of the supervisors in the Company. However, when I send it in Excel format, some data gets transposed. Any ideas to help fix this? If so, It would be greatly appreciated.

Send the Report as a Snapshot, this is an Access report like a PDF file which looks exactly like the report you see

The people reading it will require the snapshot viewer which is available free from Microsoft.com Neil Berryman
