Hi,

I have been asked to fix someone elses spreadsheet which is giving unexpected results but I have fallen at the first hurdle as the formula ( a nested if statement) makes use the edit! command, but I have no idea what is is actually doing.

Can anyone advise, as searching for edit brings back an awful lot of non relevant pages.

Thanks
CB

It's not a command, it's a link to a cell in a different sheet, that sheet being the Edit sheet.

Cheers, Glenn.

Oh goodness me of course it is. The sheet was hidden so I never thought why there was an exclamation. Long day no lunch. Thank you!

My pleasure. :)
