Help with emailing a pc webcam clip.

I'm not very tech savvy. I just got a new Dell laptop with a built in webcam. When I try emailing the clip,and attach the file, it just keeps scanning, but never attaches. I'm not talking about a very large file, this is just a 10 second AFI file. Anyone know what is wrong here?

Several things we need to know first:

Operating System version,
Email Client being used
Video Capturing Software being used.


With that done, this is more of a hardware forum. So I'd suggest posting this in the forum for either your email client or your Operating System.
