Help with drop down menu system

Please could someone help me with making a drop down menu system where sublevels fall animated below levels. Each link causes html to be shown in a different frame of the page a bit like the following...

News
Audio
Links

Clicking on Audio resulting in the following (or similar);

News
Audio
-New Audio
-Archive Audio
-Releases
Links

and the Links tab is pushed down automatically, then returned when the user clicks outside the frame...
