Help with drop down lists

Hi ALL,
I have set up using Data Validation Function wirthin Excel using a list of 25 items taken from a list within same Tab of workbook.

I want the List on selection and click to take the user to a certain 25 locations (within same sheet) locations have charts I want uswer to basically choose, select from drop down and go to selected chart as described in drop down.

any help would be appreciated

Hi,

This is more appropriately done with ONE chart and a combobox to select the data that the chart is to display. The reason is maintenance. It is easier to maintain ONE chart than to maintain several dozen.

This is a technique that I often use. There are several methods to capture the chart source data based on the combobox selection.

1. AutoFilter based on the selected value.

2. MS Query based on the selected value.

3. Fixed caluclated table based on the selected value.
