I have created a form for tracking corrective actions. This form, frm_CAR, contains 5 tabs. Each tabs contains a subform for entering the information. For example, tab1 is for entering the details that lead to the corrective action. Tab2 is for entering the specific work orders and samples that are affected. Tab 3 is for supervisor review. Tab 4 is for project manager review and tab 5 is for quality control. What I need is to not allow any edits to tabs 1 and 2 after the supervisor has given his approval in tab 3. Is it possible to do this?

You can set the Allow Edits property of the various subforms or the Locked property of the subform controls based on the approval field. The current event of the form would be suitable for this.
