HELP WITH DIAL 0 EXT

We have a 6x16 w/ a 2port flash. Right now the system rings ext21 when the caller dials 0.

We want to change the location of ext21 and ext30 and make the system ring ext30 instead of ext21.

Also, how do I find out what ext I am at in a building?

EDIT:

We want to system to ring ext30 instead of ext 21 when the inomming caller dials 0 to speak with an operator!

Go into Feature 982, password = operator. step through prompts until you see operator ext. Change it to the extension you desire.

To determine which ext. you are on, do a Feature * 0 then hit your intercom key. The display will show you what your ext is.

The only thing I need now is to figure out how to move the exts to the new seats? I need to swap locations 30 and 21.

get yourself a punch tool or turn automatic set relocation on, move the phones and then turn it off.
