I have read through MANY posts in here and BCM, what I need to do is after caller get's answered by AA at 0 rings they then listen and decide to press 0. It transfers to the receptionist who then would like it to ring her phone x(3) number of times and then ring to 5 other sets. I right now have a Answer DN key but that is of course not delay ringing. Does anyone know of a way to do this? The DRT to prime solutions seem to be for calls BEFORE they get answered by voicemail. Thank you.

Why not use a hunt group and set another hunt group as the overflow. You need to make sure the transfer ring back timer is switched off or set higher than the delay on the hunt group.

The huntgroup works great. I forward the receptionist phone to a huntgroup after 3 rings, but also add the receptionists phone to the huntgroup so that it will continue to ring in case she gets un-busy. The nice thing about huntgroups is that you don't have to worry about the calls fordwarding to mailboxes.

OK, I did that, works GREAT......BUT....and you know there always has to be a but, sometimes other people want to answer the operator call when they hear it, but they don't want it to ring on their phone, Before, without the delay using the Answer DN key, they could do a Group or Direct Pickup and get the call, appears the Hunt group will not let you do a group or direct pickup. There is about 31 people in the office and they only have 5 ring but the other 26 are important people that WANT TO MAKE SURE calls get answered so they will answer. Anyone have any ideas??? What I actually did was have two phones in the Hunt Group 1 ring, then it overflows after 15 sec to Hunt Group 2 which has all of these on it. Hmmmm.

Why not set the orignal hunt group with the other extensions and give them an appear only key. That way when the phone rings they can see it flash and pick it up.
