HELP WITH DATABASE

I am trying to put together a Database for Vendors to look at PO's on my site. Please look at

Please see what I'm trying to do and get back to me.

I want the Vendors to login and type in their Login and Password, then be put to a Webpage Database that displays a Date field and whatever else they need, then they can type in a date range for the PO's they want to see.
