Some of our address lists got messed up when migrating from Exchange 2000 to 2007. I need to include members of an address list based on their SMTP address. Basically, I want to say:
ComapanyA address list contains any members whose email address is *@CompanyA.com

CompanyB address list contains members whose address is *@CompanyB.com, etc.

I have no idea of the code involved in creating the custom attribute.

Thanks in advance.

What I wound up doing was utilizing the Organization Tab in Active Directory and assign the correct company field to the users. Then from the Exchange Management Console, I updated the address list using the wizard and created a rule where "Company = ABC".

What I originally tried to do was use the wizard in EMC and create Custom Attribute1 "mail=*@mydomain.com" but that didn't work. I'm not real good with scripting, so what I was asking was what would be the correct syntax or resources where I could find some examples for custom attributes.
