Help with Crystal Formula 1

I just completed a report that lists the inventory items that have been ordered but the problem is I don't want the report to show the purchase orders that have a zero balance or that have been completely filled. How would I do that? I want, when the user selects that report, it only shows the outstanding items.

Define "outstanding" in a formula, then place that formula in the record selection criteria. Then the report will only return those records that match this criteria.
