Help with creating an uninstaller for software written in Delphi 7 1

I have to create an uinstaller for our program. The way I have to do it is similar to my auto updater prj wherein when the software is launched it connects to our web and checks a file that has the terminated agent codes and if so then starts an uinstall process.

I already have the software to web piece but am needing to create an uninstaller.

We use installshield for installations(the free version that was distributed with Delphi)but is there something similar for uinstalling too.

Look at InnoSetup. Free and it works.
