can some one help me step by step how to convert data from table in paradox 4.5 for dos to excell in office 2000 i am from Israel and i have hebrew in my tables [sig][/sig]

I think Office 2000 comes with the converters you need, but they may not be installed. Open Excel. Then do a File>Open...
In the "Files of Type" drop down combo box look for Paradox files. If they are not there then you need to get out your office CD and install the file converters.

QuattroPro 6.0 can open Paradox4.5 databases and save them to Excel spreadsheets.

IF,

Hopefully you have resolved your problem by now. If not, you should be able to simply use Pardox 4.5 Tools Export function to create a file in Lotus 123 format. Excel has no problem reading in this format.

In Paradox use the Tools, Export/Import, 123, (2) 1-2-3 Relase 2.

You will be asked for database name and the name of the output file. A .wk1 file will be generated.

In excel, select open file, type in your file name and select "Lotus 1-2-3 files" as your file type.

Hope this helps. (FYI, this also works very well in reverse.)
