help with configuring dhcp relay on 1800 series router

trying to setup my ciso 1800 series to forward dhcp requests from server at another site, but am gettig stuck at the int e0 command, says there is an issue with invalid input and points at the E in command "int e0"

where am I going wrong?

Router1(config)#int e0

type in int ? and it will show you what you can enter. chances are you need to enter int f0 or int f0/0

I hate all Uppercase... I don't want my groups to seem angry at me all the time! =)

one more question:

when I try backing up the conifg off of the router via tftp I keep getting an error opening the backup file (timed out).

on the system I am transferring the file to i see a file with the correct name, but it is '0' bytes in size.

is there something I am supposed to do before I start the transfer to allow it to copy?
