Help with configuring CDE

Hello,
my eval copy of exceed has run out and I had just gotten used to the lovely CDE :(
I have a Winaxe on my Win2K machine. Can any one help me configure it so I get the CDE login screen when I access my hpux 11.0 machine. XDMCP broadcast etc. (I have found some info on settings, but I am unsure about messing with these files in case I break something else!!!
Any help appreciated :)
