I have a PageMaker document. The document is in two pages, with three columns on each page. I need the 1st column on page one to be moved to the last column on past two. Then all of the columns to be moved up one. This is three fold brochure and when it was laid out it was laid out wrong. The way that it is now it does not fold right. Can you help me?

Hi, hard12plz,

It's far harder to describe than to do, and is one of basic facilities of PM.

It seems the text is one single text stream.

Then drag the 1st column text block on to the paste board, grab its bottom right hand corner and drag it down the screen to display all the text.

Zoom in, higlight the text required for the 3rd column and cut and place it into the 3rd colum.

Drag the text block on the paste board to the first column and resize it to fit. Click on the red handle at the bottom and place the remaining text in the second column.
