Help with CLID (CLID Entry Info Pasted inside)

Hi,

Here's my CLID printout from the CLI. Anyone know how I can set up 15 phones to have certain 1-800 numbers show up as Caller ID when those phones call out? I understand that something MAY need to be done with the provider but if it can be done through CLID, can someone walk me through it?
